Bad cable inside GPU?

Ive had this GPU for 5 years and I was just going to take it out from my motherboard and I realized a cable inside the GPU is touching the GPU, it got me worried that it might melt the cable considering how hot those can get at times lol, should I be concerned?

If it's been running for 5 years, there's nothing to worry about.

I have a fan cable touching my GPU heat sink. It runs at around 80C almost all the time, and there's been no problems.

pretty sure melting point for plastic is way higher... 300c or so I guess.
