CPU frequency and ram bus incorrect

Hi everyone,

I just upgrade my laptop up to 16GB (HP probook 450G8)

When i check on task manager then windows respond correct frequency (3200Mhz)

But when i use CPUz then it only show "800Hmz"

HWinfo reported with insane result too.

I tested on my friend laptop (same CPU), but it's show normally.

I already install all driver :(
