G27FC Gaming Monitor Firmware update failed

so i had this monitor for a while now and i been trying to update the firmware but it keeps failing i have to call gigabyte when they open monday but in the mean time if anyone knows anything about this issue please let me know

Hi! Did you fix this? I am having the same problem now but after it failed I restarted my computer and now my G27FC doesn't display anything but it stays on. I am now also trying to run the OSC exe file and it runs for a second doesn't open a windows and closes soon after. I know because im checking task manager when I'm opening it. It's just opening then closing right after. Any fix?
