spontaneously power off

4 month ago I build my own system. i did stress test with no problems.

But the last few weeks my system spontaneously turn of and strats up and turning of until I i cut the power of my PSU.

when I turn the PSU on the computer starts normal with no problems. What's wrong with my system is it Hardware or software....

here is my specs: 

 

Maximus 6 Formula

intel 4770K

corsair dominator 32GB 1866 Mhz

corsair AX760i

GTX 780 DCU2 OC

RAIDr

2x kingston hyper x 3k

Alphacool custom waterloop.

What operating system are you using?

And how far does the computer get into the startup cycle before it reboots?

I'm using windows 8.1

and sometimes it takes 2 times before it from itself reboot but sometime it takes longer than 4 times, because after that i shut down the PSU.

By startup cycle I mean, does it POST?

Does it get to the loading Windows screen?

is there a beep?

I mean by startup power on for 2-5 sec and then turnoff.

 

there is only the sound of a click in the PSU.
