BSOD error

I am encountering this blue screen of death error. I get blue screen mostly when i play heavy games such as BF4 or COD Ghosts, Right after i close the game ,my pc restars and it enters this blue screen where something is written like CRASH DUMP something. 

This is the code that i got when i restarted the pc

It has also listed 2 files but i can't seem to open those, the extensions being .XML and .DMP 


Please help me if someone can 

 

I even installed a fresh new windows and cleaned my pc from inside too. 

Dont't know what else to do.

I'm not sure how to read those errors but if you restored your pc im going to guess its a hardware issue? Try BlueScreenView

Make sure your drivers are updated and also try using BlueScreenView which you can Google.

Along with Blue Screen View another very helpful program is Who Crashed. It will analyze the DMP files to help you get an idea of whats going on.
