usually you just have to reboot and wait, the services are sometimes on a delayed start and if they were previously killed they will need to restart as certain applications are used, vs being started after a reboot when the system was last using them anyway

 

For future reference, svchost.exe are windows background services running under a single application, because modern windows has so many services running they would clog the task manager UI up if they weren’t grouped together 

so without knowing what a specific one is hosting, you could kill one and lose your usb controller service, local networking and print spooler all at the same time

another dead could take down superfetch and search indexing and suggestions, another, like this case, could take down peripheral services that your games rely on to run 

So, I have reset back to the update before I did anything, and it’s still having problems, one of my games is just very laggy and won’t work correctly and the other
