Right now I have these:https://www.gskill.com/product/165/176/1532077159/F3-12800CL9D-8GBXLRipjawsXDDR3-1600MHz-CL9-9-9-1.50V8GB-(2x4GB)

And I want to add 2 more 4gb sticks so I can get 16gb

Im between these two, cause they are the two cheapest ones on my local stores lol

and

The mushkin ones are the cheapest (Patriots are 41€ and the mushkins are 36€) but althought they are both CL9 the mushkin ones are 1.35V and the G.skills I have now are 1.5V. Is this going to be an issue?

Mixing RAM with different voltages or frequencies might cause compatibility issues, but it could just as easily work fine. If those are your only two options, get the Patriot Vipers and make sure the store has a good return policy.

Main PC:

AMD Ryzen 7 5800X • Noctua NH-D15 • MSI MAG B550 Tomahawk • 2x8GB G.skill Trident Z Neo 3600MHz CL16 • MSI VENTUS 3X GeForce RTX 3070 OC • Samsung 970 Evo 1TB • Samsung 860 Evo 1TB • Cosair iCUE 465X RGB • Corsair RMx 750W (White)

Peripherals/Other:

ASUS VG27AQ • G PRO K/DA • G502 Hero K/DA • G733 K/DA • G840 K/DA • Oculus Quest 2 • Nintendo Switch (Rev. 2)

Laptop (Dell XPS 13):

Intel Core i7-1195G7 • Intel Iris Xe Graphics • 16GB LPDDR4x 4267MHz • 512GB M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD • 13.4" OLED 3.5K InfinityEdge Display (3456x2160, 400nit, touch).

yeah I shouldnt risk it.I also found out that some motherboards dont support low voltage rams

i mixed ram on my laptop with different capacieties but same memory chip, frequency, almost the same CL and same Voltage, im running dual channel asynch... As bellabichon said, what the motherboard will likely do is run the G.Skill memories at 1.35V, which it may lead to getting a frequency of 1333Mhz or higher cas latency... if the voltage is going to be lower. With that being said you should be fine and run as expected for the most part but it's good to do some research
