Needing help with a bracket.

Hey guys, this is my first time posting here and I'm needing some help finding a bracket. I have a GT 1030 low profile but no low profile bracket for it. It's the kind that has a HDMI port and a displayport port as shown in the attached image. Any help would be amazing!

Bracket is optional, you can just plug it.

You can find it on ebay.
