It's transistor density.

If you enable XMP on some boards it warns to use liquid cooling. 

Cpu SOC increases I/O temps. The cpu is also put into a performance state. 

 

Pretty normal for a 5800X. See it all the time.

I only turned on XMP of RAMs

well, i mean, science? technology? first off, there is no CCX with 5800x. there are 8 cores on each CCD. 5800x is an.....8 core processor. if you wanted the CCD to be split up, and have, say, 2x4 cores on two separate CCX's. that would help with the intense amount of heat in a small area. 

If they do that, they will end up with the ryzen 3800x. So.... go buy yourself a 3800x and you'll have what you want.
