how to your android phone as input

i want to connect my Samsung M51 to my pc via usb to use it as drawing pad so that i could draw on software like krita,gimp

(i have no way to get wifi or bluetooth)
i use linux mint 21 cinnamon

your help would help me to earn some money during these bad times.
