PS4 Progress linked to PC? (COD WARZONE/MODERN WARFARE)

From my PS4, I would want to transfer playing COD in my PC. Unfortuantely, I do not know how I would transfer my progress (guns, xp, level, etc.) from my PS4 unto my PC.  I've tried linking my PS4 account to my blizzard account from my PC but my progress from COD did not appear. Is there anyway to do fix this? Thanks.

No. Just as you don't have one game license on both platforms, you don't have one "profile" across multiple platforms. Some games have allowed such, for example EA with Battlefield games. Maybe go bugger Activision support about how shitty they are?
