Tape Drive recommendations?

Besides the cloud, I would like to have onsite storage for files that I won't access often.  I see a wide variety of tape drives on eBay but do not know what to pick.  Its a weird medium and that's kind of part of the allure for me, I can get a few massive 16B HDDs but I understand magnetic tape is more stable long term.   Does anyone have any recommendations that will work in or with a windows 10 desktop?

How many tb you thinking?

 

Do you mind going used?

 

If your not storing 100+tb id just stick with hdds, and check them every year or two and have multiple copies. Easier to work with and cheaper normally

I am fine with used.   I want a write and forget solution and can't risk a mechanical failure.
