GPU alternative

Budget for GPU: Maximum 4.5 million Indonesian Rupiah, the lower the better (Indonesian currency is in IDR)

What I plan to use it for: Gaming on Overwatch 1080p 70+fps, Rocket League on quality settings, Valorant with decent quality settings, and Watch Dogs on medium or high quality. Also will be used for video editing and photo editing (not sure if the GPU will be responsible for editing)

So I plan to get a RX 5500XT once all this GPU chaos clears out, but I'd like to know if there'd be better GPUs that I can purchase.

Preferably ones under my budget above.
