Random Shut Down?

About 4 days ago my pc randomly shut down while I was sitting near it. When I turned it back on it made the same sound it does when it comes out of sleep mode. (Where the fans go really fast for about 1 second). Some people told me to check the event log but I have no clue what im looking for in there. Apparently "Kernel power" errors indicate a faulty psu but I didnt see any of those. Also this psu is very new (got it a month ago) and is made by corsair so I doubt its that. Does anyone know what to look for ? Thanks

idle temps. In game temps ? What ones

By the way this has only happened 1 time. It's not like its constantly happening.

Okay, when idle all my cpus cores are around 33 - 37 degrees. Ill send a screenshot of the important info.
