Radeon graphics driver issues

A few days ago,  I accidentally didn't do a clean install on the latest radeon drivers and my pc was running worse. I just uninstalled the drivers and radeon software with the radeon software, but when i reinstalled drivers, windows gave an error message involving drivers. Then, I used DDU and reinstalled the same drivers as when I put my GPU in my pc, however, games are stuttering. Even minecraft, which should be incredibly easy to run, randomly freezes for a few seconds sometimes. What should I do? I don't know how to fix the drivers because i already uninstalled and then reinstalled them.
