Fan stopped working

I wouldn't say "destroy" but if temps do get a bit hot then it can damage the power supply. And as far as replacing it, I would recommend using the warranty of the power supply than changing it yourself :D

I fix computers and computer accessories... sometimes... when I want to...

If your PSu is still within warranty RMA it, if not and your willing to do a fan replacement then you could take a crack at it.

I don't think OCZ covers PSUs anymore since they were sold to Toshiba. You could put a case fan on the top of the existing psu fan or on the rear to cool it.
