But I was able to boot from my SSD before I cleared the CMOS

There was a setting that has been changed that prevents Windows from booting, the question is, which one?

Check the usual suspects:

UEFI vs Legacy BIOS.

Boot Order

And why did you clear your CMOS to begin with?

I cleared my CMOS because something with my overclock was wrong and I didnt change a thing in the BIOS when I installed windows

So what error message do you get when you try to boot to the SSD?

But I think somehow it wiped all my drives becaus when boot from my Windows Setup Usb Stick there are no partitions on my drives

Well...that would do it.

Resetting a CMOS absolutely will not wipe a drive (unless the board is so shit, that it does, but I've never run acorss that outside of some really shady chinese boards from a long time ago), so that occurred some other way.

If you have another system, slap the drives in question into it and start seeing if anything is left.
