Id suggest you get the top one but get the ryzen 7 2700 and 1660ti version. It will run much faster

I'd probably opt for the middle one (3600 + 5500XT) and add another 8GB RAM to it.

 

Best bang for buck IMO.

Ugh. Im going to break down the problems with prebuilt, because they all have some major problems. (Going in order from 1 -5. The first you listed is going to be 1, for example.)

1. That case has basically no airflow. Your temps will run hot. 
The 3100 and a 1660 is a terrible combo for the price, even in this current market. Lastly, that prebuilt uses a GAMADIAS power supply. GAMADIAS has a very poor reputation in the PSU market.

2. Ok this looks fine value wise, but it has single channel ram, mediocre cable management, what seems like a very low quality PSU (based on reviews, answered questions, and the ketchup and mustard cables.) But lastly, that case has horrible airflow. There is not one bit of air your pcparts will be getting from the front pannel. That is a MAJOR issue.

3. The airflow looks fine, but horrible value overall (1650 ;c) and another poor power supply

4. Oh boy. Well start with the usual. Seems like a pretty poor quality power supply, and the cable management is once again very mediocre. It has slow RAM aswell (2666). The case has no airflow coming from the front and that cooler looks like garbage. 
That CPU and GPU combination makes no sense. You are spending $1000 and you are getting a 1660ti, and a 10700F. The combo is very unbalanced and you would get the same result with a 10400f when gaming. 

That took a while too write, lol.

Personally, I think that all these options look terrible. Either build a PC using used/new parts, up our budget, or wait.

Yes, we all love good airflow and it's fun to brag at the bar to hot women about your intake and exhaust fans but at the end of the day 99.9% of people are using either no or little airflow cases and doing fine.

 

So, it's #2 for the win + 8GB RAM

 

Edit:  Sorry, don't want to completely downplay your post, it is correct and I wholeheartedly agree.  For the OP tho, limited airflow isn't a big deal.

In perspective... the 3060TI is a 1080Ti performance level.  So $175 isn't bad to go from a 1650 to a 3060Ti/1080Ti.

Gotta say, except for the price on that 3060Ti, I'm a fan of this.

 

Case is subjective, so no comment.  Can always splurge for another but $1200 for the performance 2x of the other ones you listed off Amazon... dig it.

True. I was trying to put the 3060TI in comparative terms to the 1650 since the 1650 and 1080Ti are closer generations (if not exactly the same).

 

RTX is neat.  I only have a 1080Ti so can't say if it's worth taking into consideration or not.

Yep, if he's okay building a PC he should build yours.  Good 5 year machine there.

 

If he wants to save money and go prebuilt as well...  the #2 will serve him well for a few years.
