Don't. Like at least first build a computer. What is your budget? If you can get someone that knows what they are doing to help as custom loops aren't easy to do especially for a first time builder. Also full custom loops are expensive so don't choose that and under spend on the hardware you use.

I have built a couple of computers, just not with water cooling yet. My budget is under 4k.

I would highly advise you to have patience and wait for stock/prices to return a bit to normal as otherwise you actually would probably go over budget with watercooling and not get the best stuff you can get.

 

Also mind if we make a goal to aim for build rn for you with some watercooling parts but you don't buy it right now? If so what will it be used for and do you need peripherals.
