i need a laptop with a budget of 800 USD 

I'll be using it for Adobe Illustrator and photoshop and maybe 3d modeling in the future (not very much like little things) 

so i need help what specs are best within this buget for a laptop??

A Ryzen 4 or 6 core CPU like the R5 4600H

Ryzen 5000 laptops just launched, for 3D modeling though you'd be better off with a lot of VRAM potentially. Maybe get something that can use an external GPU.

If you aren't doing any gaming though you could just buy a laptop with a Ryzen APU and use the onboard graphics for most things.
