PC Won't Post

I just built a new PC. Everything lights up, pump flows, all that, and I still have yet to get a post. I've waited 15 minutes before, tried reseating the cpu, made sure everything is plugged in. I'm thinking its a bios issue that I can't fix because I don't have a previous gen cpu, nor does my mobo support bios flashback. But anywhere I've looked, out of box, the 5800x should work with the asus prime x570p.

Tforce delta r 16gb ram
Msi rtx 2080 watercooled
