Task manager > performance tab > resource monitor (bottom right) > Memory

Here it'll show you how much of your RAM is hardware reserved. It's normal for some of it to be inaccessible to Windows but 2gb seems like a lot

After some quick reading that is definitely a thing with integrated graphics, no dedicated vram so it takes from system mem. But what's weird is that it happened after a ram change, unless op just didn't notice before.

 

Try disabling the onboard graphics in your bios?

Go to task manager and see if you have another integrated graphics or gpu and if it is, then see the size of this gpu and try to minus that size from the total ram (i.e. 16gb - 2gb =14).

If it is the case , then it is totally normal.
