Discord Crackling

Hey all, I’ve been having this problem for around 6 months now.  One day when I started streaming games or my browser on discord I noticed if I tab out of the tab I’m streaming it completely messes up my audio and turns it into a crackly mess.  This only happens when I’m streaming and tab out of the tab I’m streaming, and occasionally during the stream when I’m tabbed in also.

 

I can’t find anything about this online, so I was hoping someone could help.
