ok just wonder if it's always a set number of business days or like 1-3 or like 5-8 or anytbing like that

I don't know how it is with ncix since I'm from Germany but usually when your rma a product there is a text which says "x-amount of business days." Does it not say anything like that in the rma sheet you filled out?

might be in one of the emails I got ilk have to look, ncix are not very organized and they are rude have horrible customer service and are trying to scam me out of over 500 dollars cause something got lost in shipping and I paid for the insurance but they cut all contact with me after I complained I've tried to contact them 6 times since the 12th about it too. But as soon as I wanted to send something back they answered me... Please no one buy anything from these assholes

for any US NCIX customer that have done an RMa how long did you wait until the money was back in your account after they received in, i havent sent many things back before, but the two other times i did, i had my money in my account the day after they got it(different companies though) and theyve already have it for a full week.

also is their customer service always a bunch of scamming pieces of crap? in my order i did not get a video card that i had ordered in the packages, i received the last package from my order on the 12th. i sent them email that day and the person promptly replied and said they would send it to their claims department, well its been since the 12th and ive emailed them many other time, and they refuse to respond to me or give me any time what so ever, i even paid for the shipping insurance which should cover this kind of thing... but nope they refuse to talk to me at all unless its about my RMA. so im out 500 dollars cause these dumbasses are trying to scam me.

Please fix this sentence. Maybe email about them saying that you will sue them if no response is given and if money is not returned. Also, how do you know if they received it? I've never had to partake in an RMA but am interested in your experience =/

they send an email saying they got it as you have to provide your RMA number on the box. they open it and make sure its in there and then send an email saying they got it
