That depends entirely on your performance goals (resolution, refresh rate, games, etc.).

 

You'll probably be leaving some performance on the table, but will it matter for your use case... IDK, since you haven't specified your use case. Also will have to wait for performance reviews of the card itself to say for sure.

@RAS_3885 1920x1080 rez mainly for minecraft apexlegends gta v and basic editing and game making

At 60 Hz monitor target you'll likely be fine. If you're shooting for 120/144/240 Hz monitor then you'll probably run into a CPU bottleneck. Assuming the 3060 performance is up to par.

Yeah, you'll probably be alright. If you do find a CPU bottleneck the good news is you can drop a newer AM4 CPU in (Ryzen 2xxx or 3xxx or 5xxx) and fix that.

1600 AF is definitely a little behind but you will still get good framerates in the games you mentioned. If you ever upgrade to a 144hz monitor, would be wise to then also upgrade to a newer Ryzen. You're in a great spot though, in a year or two if you want to upgrade there should be a TON of cheap 3600 and 5600X on ebay.
