AIO question (newbie)

I recently bought an id cooling auraflow aio. The pump is powered through the psu, and it has two fans. Im wondering, if im using aio, my CPU FAN HEADER will be blank. Post probably will detect it as no cpu fan. Should I put the 2 fans from my radiator tu the cpu fan?.  *im still new in the pc world </3

Yup. Otherwise, there is usually a setting to disable that warning in the BIOS.
