Need help, Acer predator

I have an Acer Predator laptop.
Randomly after booting to play CSGO, when normal running at 130-300 FPS, I am now getting max 50. It is the same problem on World of warcraft when the usual max 100 FPS is now getting 8fps.
When running games, Task manager says GPU 3D at 95-100% .
Also running at 95-96 degrees Celsius when games running. Need help

Have you made sure the GPU fan hasn't stopped working?
