Low FPS

Hi, I have this PC:

 

Aorus 2070 Super

I7-9700k

24GB ram

etc...

 

And I can't even get 165 fps on Fortnite. Why?

Sometimes it works well but when I play, after all, i have low fps.

 

The temperature is 60 degrees on cpu and GPU

 

Can someone help me pls?

 

(I have Windows updated at last version)

That's odd,are they all matching?,what cas and speeds are they rated at?,

Do you have XMP on?
