What's CPU Is Better For OpenCV Workstation ?

A. Medium Core Count CPU With High Clock (Example : i9 9900K, 8C/16T/5GHZ, i9 10900K, 10C/20T/5.3GHZ, R9 3900, 8C/16T/4.6GHZ)

B. High Core Count CPU With Moderate Clock (Example : Xeon E5 2699v4, 22C/44T/2.2GHZ, Xeon E5 2699v3, 18C/36T/2.3GHZ)

C. High Core Count CPU With High Clock (Example : Xeon W2295, 18C/36T/3GHZ, ...)

Can OpenCV Get Improved Better From Group B CPU better Than Group A ?, I'm Plan To Buy Group B CPU or Group A is better, and If Group C is Better... How Far Better Than Group B nor A ?, Group C CPU Is Relatively Expensive, but ES Group B is relatively Cheap, my friend also use dual Xeon E5 2699v4 with 128GB DDR4 2400MHZ RAM for OpenCV workstation, Any Advice Are Appreciated !
