Monitor repair - can I use four-lamp panel with a two-lamp power supply?

Hi,
I am new here and I have a question for which I cannot find answer anywhere on the Internet.
I have a replacement monitor screen that seems to be compatible in every way except the number of connectors for lamps. Can I use the screen with four of these connectors with a monitor power supply that only has two?

Are you replacing a LCD (CCFL) with an LED panel?

Those cannot work.
