VPN Suggestions

Idk if off-topic is the correct place to post and ask this but, can anyone suggest a good vpn, paid or free. I just finished building my pc and I couldn't be more happier, but man my ping sucks so bad. I'm only playing fps games and ping currently spikes up to 200-300ms. (sometimes its even upto 500ms lmao) I'm currently residing in Philippines (so please let's not talk about me upgrading my connection cuz our country is the worst when it comes to topics like these lmao) I've been having a talk with my provider and sadly they're all bsing me. So, I'm shooting my shot here wondering if vpn could work or does anyone knows a legit vpn rn. I'd be happy having and playing pings around 80-90. Thanks anyone.

I've tried the ExitLag yesterday I was playing quite fine having a ping around 80-90ms but it wasn't consistent. And it was a trial tho, so I thought apps/softwares like those would or could help me. Knowing this, man I'm sad rofl
