Drives have multiple letters

So 2 of my drives have two letters for them, My System Drive has Y: and C: and a Hard drive has Z: and B: . These drives are called system reserved. I'm wondering if anyone can help me get rid of the Z and Y or at least hide them, because they are annoying to look at.
