i have a printer. in the printer it is showing no black ink installed but there is a ink cartridge. model hp deskjet 3630 ink advantage.

i don't know this is the right sbforum but iam posting it if wrong iam sorry 

Pls Mark a solution as a solution, would be really helpful.

BTW pls correct me, iam really stoobid at times.

assuming you already tried the basics like reset, and basic troubleshooting, did you try to clean the pins on the cart and the printer? could be dirty. could also be that the cart is no good.

i even tried a diffrent cartridge i diagnise the whole printer i cleaned the contacts as per instruction in official site.
