You need to get an exact count of the beeps, along with their length, to determine the POST code. See the table below:

3 short beeps = Unable to start flashing (such as when missing a utility or BIOS image)

4 short beeps = Flashing failed (checksum error, corrupted image, etc.)

3 short beeps and 1 long beep = CPU configuration error or CPU type is not compatible

Is the CPU back in the correct way? Little triangles lined up?

Have you inspected the pins?

Is it definitely "clicked down" correctly?

If yes to all try doing a CMOS clear

They look fine to me.

The 'pins' are like little leaf springs, so as far as i can tell they all look fine.

hold on a sec, is every single one of them bent at the same angle? Did you perhaps try to clamp the CPU down while all of the pins weren't seated in the holes and bent the entire lot of them? Otherwise I'm not sure what I'm looking at here

Half the cpu's pins are bented one way and the other half on the other way.I only took pics of the 1 half so maybe thats whats confusing you

Dont bend anything!

Intel sockets look that way

The motherboard is dead. The beeps it did indicated cpu problems and i cant get the motherboard out to try to fix it.Its a prebuilt and they've nailed the board to the case so i cant really do mutch.Wich is also the reason i couldn't get proper pictures.Im basically dead right now since i promised my dad i wouldn't swap the cpu again since he knew i would screw up the pins.Wish me luck!

I am not aware of a single OEM that does this, HP certainly doesn't. I'm sure you can get a replacement motherboard.
