Privacy Error on all browser

I got privacy error for 2 weeks now

but it have no problem yesterday, and today i have it again

i am having a hard time connecting to google.com and its services, now I'm forced to use google.ca

i asked in PCMR discord server before and they said that my windows is pirated , but i am using genuine
