Deleted dual boot wrong and usb boot bad

i was being dumb and didnt want my second os(linux mint) anymore. So i (stupidly) went on disk management and deleted the linux mint installation in the wrong way. Now my laptop wont boot and is stuck on grub rescue mode. I tried some e tutorials, but they didn't work. I Inserted a bootable windows 10 usb, but i experienced the following scenario. I hope someone can help me boot back into windows and solve the problem.

Thanks

Get a USB with Mint and try reinstalling GRUB onto the EFI portion of the Drive again, see if Windows appears in there. Also make sure the system has Secure boot off.

I don't remember if this is an option in Windows Media Creation tool, but is there an option in it to select for UEFI or BIOS
