Mic + headsett under 400$

Go to solution Solved by nsyedhasan,

If you want to stay light on the budget maybe DT990 Pro or HD 558 as headphones. A Fiio E10 as an AMP and DAC, as well as a Blue Snoball or Yeti maybe a AT2020 for a microphone. I am not saying this is the best choice but it a good choice for the price. Also if you want something more the HE-500 and O2 combo would be a good setup from the the headphones and DAC.

So since i bought my corsair vengeance 2000 i got dissapointed by the "fake 7.1"...

also one of the speakers just broke while i was playing arma 3 the other day so when i'm supposed to hear bass sounds i only hear a "buzzing" noise.

headsett full of dissapointments or just bad luck.

well anyways looking for headsett and a microphone for 300-400$.

dont really want to spend that much but a man gotta do what he gotta do.

also i will be using the Mic maybe for commentaries on youtube and the headsett mainly for gaming.

any tips?

Please no trolls... not in the mood today.

Good option really for that price, the Blue Snowball or Yeti will be a great mic, the FiiO E10 works great, and the HD 558 is good

Now i just need to gather up some money to get the Blue yeti and HD 558. #fml...

Thanks for help guys! love that i can always come on this forum and get help quick!

Ugh, no! You don't need a Yeti for voice chat!

Sennheiser PC 360 is only $166, and is pretty much an HD 558 in sound quality.

If you were using a headset before, you should still fine the 360's mic as an upgrade. It doesn't have as much potential as the Yeti, but it also isn't as difficult to get to sound good. :)
