Can anyone confirm to me? the monitor screen bleeding are really showing on top right side it normal or should claim warranty?

This is quire common with LED monitors, I'm not too sure if you can warranty it, ask the company if that is a good enough reason to claim warranty

IPS glow.

 

BLB doesnt 'usually' have that orange tint.

 

U can also confirm its IPS glow by changing ur viewing angle, if the amount of glow changes (gets bigger/smaller/brighter/duller) then its IPS glow, if its a static amount, its BLB.

 

IPS glow cant be fixed.

You can try some DIY fixes for BLB but generally speaking with new purchases its better to just return it.

 

both IPS glow amount and BLB amount is panel lottery, though some models are known to be better than others. This however can only be checked with competent thorough reviews that test for uniformity issues.

 

FYI, taking picture of BLB and IPS without tweaking ur cameras ISO will usually result in images that make the BLB and IPS glow look way worse than it is IRL.
