i5 4770k Over-clocking help

Hi Im new to over-clocking and need some help. I watched the Haswell over-clocking guide but I'm not sure where to find all the programs I will need as well  as what I will use them all for. could some of you lovely people please link me to were I need to download the programs and also give me a little talk through of what they will be used for, thanks.
