4g encoding not present

I have a old Dell server (PowerEdge 110: for reference) in which i tried adding a Tesla K80, making it my main render pc. Unfortunatelly in the Bios there is no way to enable 4g encoding, and because of that, the card doesn't get recognized in windows. If i create a custom bios, can i add that option? even if i do, it will be stable enough?
