Well technically you can extract 5GB worth of files from the zip (now 75GB free), delete the files from the zip (which is going to make a new 65GB zip), you then delete the original 70GB one, rinse and repeat many times... But that's obviously incredibly tedious and supposes the data in the zip didn't actually have any useful compression, if it does then your 70GB zip may uncompress to 100GB or whatever and then you don't have enough space for it in the first place.
