Cpu 50 degrees while gaming?

So you think it’s just my cooler then?

Yup. Considering the fact that you went from the dinky little Wraith Stealth to whatever this one is, that's a good bit more fin area for heat to do heat things.

Hello! I just changed out my cpu cooler and it has insanely low temps. It is 40 degrees idle and it was 50 degrees when I was playing COD warzone. I am using a ryzen 5 3600 and monitoring with NZXT CAM l. Are these temps okay? I’m not sure if they can be too low. This is very surprising to me because I also only have a mediocre cpu cooler. I would greatly appreciate an answer.

Well what's your case/cooler? How long were you playing before you checked, and did you exit out of the game before checking? (If so, how long were you out of the game before you checked?)  NZXT CAM usually isn't the most accurate hardware monitor ever, I'd also reccomend using HWINFO64

I am NOT a professional and a lot of the time what I'm saying is based on limited knowledge and experience. I'm going to be incorrect at times.

Im not sure what cooler. My case is a phanteks eclipse p300. I started it before I started warzone. And It was running for about 10 minutes before I got on warzone.

So what does that mean? How long after you started playing did you look at the temperatures?

What's the CPU usage while playing? It could be "underperfoming" if im using the right term here.

If the game is running like it normally should and you didn't somehow manage to underclock it to the core of the earth, then you can just chalk it up to having a cooler capable of cooling your CPU finally. The 3600 isn't an incredibly hard chip to cool, especially stock, so I wouldn't be surprised if that cooler was doing the job.

I did change the minimum processor state 50% in the power settings.

That wouldn't really drop temps in gaming then. Minimum state is just how low of a frequency it's allowed to go with low usage.
