Hi everybody !

 

I'm part of a non-profit that creates apolitic debates.
 

Since it is a debate, we have a strict number of seats available. Users sign up to the event through a G-Form.

 

Recently, we lunched a new projet that would take place every week, and we are affraid it will become a hazard to manually log every entry and send them a confirmation / affirmation (depending if there is any seats left).

 

Since you read the title, you know I want to automate this process.


I have used G-Sheet to log every data we need and created a list of emails to send a confirmation to.
 

Now, even with programs as "zapier", I haven't managed to create an automated way of sending thye same e-mail to everybody on that list.

Any thoughts ?
