Rig In another room

I'm trying to move my rig to the living room to make VR easier. However I'd like to still game at my desk for everything else,  so I know Linus used thunderbolt for his peripherals and I'd like to do the same on my x570 chipset. Any recommendations as the run would need to be about 50 feet for monitor and peripherals.
