i have my pc for a 1.5 year i think it was a new build last month i restarted the pc and no post + power button not responsive at all i held it for a 50 sec i just switch the psu off/on then turn pc on it's posts just fine no problem it goes to windows at this point i can do any thing with no problems i have to make fresh windows but after i finished the windows install screen pc restarts and never come back again the same thing now i have tried to restart from bios and it's same thing (sometimes it restarts just fine + sometimes it's wont to post when i turn pc on ) 

what i did i tested different ram /gpu/+ integrated gpu /psu/hard drive (it's not hard drive btw it's not posting after restart from windows flash driver or bios) 

plus i cleared the cmos many times and updated bios to the latest ver

i just wanna knows is it a motherboard issue or a cpu so i can buy a new one i hope anyone helps my i'am so lost now

Weird problems that can not be explained are usually PSU or overclock related. You say you tested many components what did you do to test them and determined they are fine ?

Update after a long time it was a mobo its now has been replaced for a new one i thought at the beginning its will be gpu cuz last thing i dose before the issue is update the driver but now after testing everything except mobo i just rma it i hope this helps this awesome community
