So i just reinstalled windows and i have games from game pass downloaded on drive D: how do i make windows recognize them again?

You'll likely have to delete and reinstall them.

Unfortunately, installing programs in windows isn't as simple as having the files on a drive. You'll most likely have to re-install everything.
