Crash problems

My pc has started crashing randomly, when I play smth like the new ac game or forza horizon 4 and have a yt video or spotify on my other monitor or in the background.

I'm able to get into the game but basically when I move or do something it crashes.

In like Nov I could play forza while watching yt vids and stuff and nothing happend.

 

I've got the newest drivers and the newest windows update installed.
