Low FPS, high-end PC

I have an i9-9900k, and EVGA FTW3 3090, 32 gb of 3600 MHz RAM and I’m only getting 90-110 FPS on call of duty warzone What should I do?

What's the resolution and details settings, if you're running max all settings that's sorta to be espected.

That and the game has a hard fps cap on high of 120-130fps due to engine limitations. ultra only makes it worse. That and the ultra settings are crazy stupid.
