Harpoon Wireless Mouse tracking issue/interference.

Hello, 

I recently purchased a harpoon wireless mouse and the K57 wireless keyboard. I used the mouse for couple hours before opening the keyboard and installing it and the mouse worked flawlessly. However, as soon as I connected the keyboard the mouse became problematic as it started having disconnect issues, tracking lag and input lag. Using my old keyboard the mouse comes back to life and works flawlessly. I love both these products but unable to use them together has really bummed me out. Doing some research I read few people have the same issue but no one found a resolution. 

 

Some things I have tried:

 

1. Keeping the two dongle separated as far as possible (plug one in front and other in back) 

 

2. Corsair support recommended troubleshooting, plugging in wired mode and booting software to sync the dongles

 

3. Uninstall /reinstall iCUE and drivers. 

 

4. Try different USB ports and turn battery saving to High performance mode 

 

Any help would be appreciated
