How to make a custom resolution without graphics control panel.

How can I make a custom resolution? I need the resolution 2388x1668. It’s on qemu so I can’t just use the graphics control panel. Is there a way to do it within windows itself? Or a third party program?

I saw that but it said that it required intel, amd, or nvidia graphics. Since this is in qemu would that work. Oh. And I should have mentioned. This is on an iPad using UTM.
